Canberra picture Large blocks of accommodation have been secured by the Conference Secretariat at the following hotels to ensure the best available rates. All accommodation bookings and revisions to bookings should be made directly with the Conference Secretariat and not with the hotels directly. A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to confirm a booking. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and will be deducted from the final account. A tax invoice will be issued by the hotel. Failure to arrive on the date specified will incur forfeiture of deposit. Final dates must be advised at least 30 days out from your arrival date – otherwise cancellation fees may apply to all nights that are cancelled. This policy varies from hotel to hotel.
