Trade Exhibition
We are glad to advise that the exhibition is nearly fully booked with only two booths remaining vacant. A list of exhibitors sorted both by booth number and alphabetically, together with the exhibition floorplan can be downloaded below.
If you intend to exhibit, we encourage you to book your booth now to avoid disappointment.
The trade exhibition will be open at the Welcome Mixer on Monday, 22 September and the Cocktail Party on Tuesday, 23 September, as well as for the first three days of the meeting from Monday through to Wednesday. Dedicated poster sessions will run for each day of the exhibition within the exhibition area, and all morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches will be served within the exhibition area for the duration of the exhibition.
A "passport" competition with many attractive prizes will be organised. This competition is a popular feature of the ComBio events and encourages delegates to visit your stand. Participants must have their passports stamped by at least 50 of the exhibition booths to be eligible for a prize. Passport books will be included in the conference satchels.
