How to register
You may register for ComBio2008 in two ways:

Online by secure server: Online registration and credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard) may be made via the ComBio2008 secure website. Online registration is the preferred method of registration.
- Offline by mail or fax: Please click here to download the registration form which can be filled in and mailed or faxed to the ComBio Secretariat (details on the form).
Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located in the main foyer of the National Convention Centre for the duration of the conference. The desk will be open at the following times:

*A non member may pay at the member rate provided that membership application/fees or renewals have been received by the ASBMB, ASPS or ANZSCDB National Offices (prior to the receipt of the registration). The full-time registration fee covers attendance at all scientific sessions, a copy of the conference programme and proceedings, a conference satchel, the Monday Welcome Mixer, the Tuesday Cocktail Party, Morning and Afternoon Coffee Breaks on each day of the conference, Lunches on the first three days of the conference and Farewell Drinks on Thursday afternoon. The Welcome Mixer and Cocktail Party are not included in the day registration fee.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat. Cancellations prior to Friday, 25 July 2008 will be refunded, but will incur an administration fee of $100. There will be no refunds after 25 July. Substitute participants will be accepted.
Privacy
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles. Please complete the section of the registration form relating to privacy if you do not wish your personal information to be included in the published Participant List to be distributed to participants and exhibitors at the meeting.
