Exhibition Hall – National Convention Centre
This ‘ice-breaker’ gives everyone the opportunity to relax whilst enjoying light refreshments. The trade exhibition will be in full swing and posters will be on display, so it will be quite a buzz!
Cost: Welcome Mixer tickets are included in the full-time registration fee.
$40 per person for accompanying guests and day registrants.
Tuesday 23 September: Cocktail Party 17:30 - 19:00
Exhibition Hall – National Convention Centre
Relax at the end of the day over a drink and hors-d’oeuvres. This also gives you valuable time to visit the exhibitors and have your Passports stamped.
Cost: Cocktail tickets are included in the full-time registration fee.

Wednesday 24 September: Student Lunch with the Overseas Speakers 12:30 - 13:30
National Convention Centre – venue to be advised.
All students are invited to collect their lunch boxes and meet with the plenary and overseas symposia speakers to have an informal chat. Tickets will be included in all student registration envelopes which will detail venue of the lunch (within the National Convention Centre).

Old Parliament House
Join us in the historical Old Parliament House for a sumptuous a la carte two course meal complemented by fine wines, catered for by “The Ginger Room”. We will have a four piece Jazz ensemble to entertain you followed by the popular cover band the "Zinc Fingers".
Old Parliament House made headlines for more than sixty years as home to Australia's Federal Parliament from 1927 to 1988. Today, this much-loved heritage building offers the visitor a unique glimpse into Australia's fascinating past.
Coaches will collect you at 7.10pm (sharp) outside the front of the National Convention Centre to take you to Old Parliament House. Staggered coaches will return to the National Convention Centre from 10.00pm onwards.
The conference has sponsored full registrants’ and student member registrants’ dinner tickets to the tune of $25 and $40 respectively, to make the night a little more affordable. This venue is restricted to 350 attendees, so please book your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
Dress: Smart casual. Tickets ($90 per registrant/partner) should be ordered on the registration form. A discounted rate of $75 is available for Student Member Registrants only and does not extend to partners or non-member students.
