*A non member may pay at the member rate provided that membership application/fees or renewals have been received by the ASBMB, ASPS and ANZSCDB National Offices (prior to the receipt of the registration). No exception will be made to this requirement. Do not include membership payments with registration fees. Society website details are detailed under “Contacts” on the website. Current members of the NZSBMB, NZSPB and Biochemical Society are also welcome to register at the member rate.
The full-time registration fee covers attendance at all scientific sessions, a copy of the conference programme, a subsidized ticket to the Tuesday Welcome Mixer and Wednesday Cocktail Party, Morning and Afternoon Coffee Breaks on the first three days of the conference, Coffee Break on the Friday morning of the conference, Lunches on the last three days of the conference (Wednesday to Friday) and Closing Drinks on Friday afternoon.
The day registration fee includes all of the above for the day of attendance. A subsidized ticket to the Tuesday Welcome Mixer or Wednesday Cocktail Party may be purchased by the day registrant, if registered on the day of the function.
On-line registration and credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard only) may be made via the ComBio2016 secure online form. This is the preferred method of registration and payment. Cancellations and RefundsCancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat. Cancellations prior to Friday, 5 August 2016 will be refunded, but will incur an administration fee of $100. There will be no refunds after 5 August 2016. Substitute participants will be accepted.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles. Please complete the section of the registration form relating to privacy if you do not wish your personal information to be included in the published Participant List to be distributed to participants and exhibitors at the meeting via the conference App, in PDF format.
