  This is the information pack that the secretariat has prepared. It is important that exhibitors read all of the information on the six pages of this document.

The floorplan is designed to ensure catering stations and posterboards are positioned to directly benefit exhibition booths.  All morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunches will be held in the exhibition area and there will also be dedicated poster sessions for each day of the exhibition (posters will be displayed in the exhibition area).  A Welcome Mixer on the Monday night, and a Cocktail Party on the Tuesday night will both be held in the exhibition area. A large internet café will also be set up on the northern wall of the hall to ensure the booths at the back of the hall receive good traffic.

A “Passport” competition will be held to encourage registrants to visit your booths. A “Passport” (small booklet detailing company names and booth numbers of all exhibitors) will be inserted in all conference satchels. Registrants will need to visit up to 50 booths to have their passports stamped, to be in the running for fabulous prizes.
