Posters

Freestanding display boards will be available. Posterboards will be numbered. Posters should fit into an area of 1 metre wide x 1 metre high including the heading. Velcro will be provided – pins are not to be used. It is a good idea to bring A4 copies of your poster for distribution to colleagues.

Poster viewing will be available during the extended lunch breaks from Monday, 27 September through to Thursday, 30 September. Posters will be on display for one day only and presenting authors of posters will be asked to be present for one hour for discussion on the day of their poster display. All presenting authors will be contacted individually advising time and day of their required attendance.
