Young Scientist Forum

The YSF at OzBio2010 will take place over the period 23 to 26 September 2010, immediately prior to the OzBio2010 Conference.

The YSF Fellowships scheme is planned to include about 50 international young scientists, with another 10 national fellowships reserved for Australian young scientists. The YSF Scientific Program will commence in Parkville (just outside the downtown area of Melbourne) with a joint meeting with the Melbourne Protein Group Postdoctoral Fellows Group on Friday 23 September. The remainder of the YSF Program will take place at the Yarra Valley Conference Centre, at Dixon’s Creek, in the beautiful Yarra Valley, about 2 hours drive from Melbourne. YSF participants will come back to Melbourne on 26 September in time for registration at the OzBio2010 Conference.

Each YSF Fellowship will include accommodation and meals at the YSF events, registration at the OzBio2010 Conference and accommodation over the period 26 September to 1 October. A substantial contribution to airfares will be part of each YSF Fellowship.
