The Queensland Protein Group is a Special Interest Group of the ASBMB. Anyone wanting to be part of the QPG is encouraged to join the ASBMB. Our funding is based on how many ASBMB members tick the appropriate box indicating that they would like to participate in the QPG Special Interest Group when they join or renew their ASBMB membership. Note that for students, your first year of ASBMB membership is free if your supervisor is already an ASBMB member. If you would like to be part of the QPG and have already submitted your ASBMB membership renewal for the current year without ticking the QPG box, or if your membership details have changed, please contact the QPG President to make the appropriate arrangements.
