The ASBMB relies on the support of scientific suppliers and other organisations that have an interest in supporting the advancement of biochemistry and molecular biology in Australia.

We proudly list the current Sustaining Members of the ASBMB below and invite you to also become part of the ASBMB family.

Membership is on an annual basis and is valid from 01 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. 3 year memberships purchased now are valid to 30 June 2027.

As an existing member you will automatically be sent a membership renewal notice in June for payment by 01 July.

Sustaining Membership Privileges and Benefits

Sustaining Membership supports the advancement of biochemistry and molecular biology in Australia. Benefits of Sustaining Membership with the ASBMB are as follows:

Australian Biochemist
Sustaining Members receive a copy of the Society magazine “Australian Biochemist” which is electronically published in April, August and December.  

Complimentary Articles
Sustaining Members can have complimentary company news items in Australian Biochemist (up to 200 words for each issue).

Paid Advertisements

Job Listings
Sustaining Members are welcome to advertise ‘positions vacant’ on the ASBMB “Jobs & Scholarships” web page.

ComBio and ASBMB Exhibitions
Sustaining Members are invited to exhibit at the ASBMB annual conferences which are called “ComBio” every second year. You must be a Sustaining Member to exhibit or participate at these events (or pay an extra booth or advertising fee equivalent to that of Sustaining Membership).
